About Guppies

S2S Guppies is a seasonal boys training program dedicated to the physical, mental, and emotional growth of each athlete. The S2S Guppies program is open to all boys in kindergarten and 1st grade as of September 2024. Guppies is perfect for families that can’t commit to a full-year program but still seek a high-quality lacrosse option and for families just beginning their lacrosse journey and are unsure of their son’s interest level. Our practices are designed around small field scrimmages and competitive skills-based drills. We want our Guppies learning to play this game by playing! No long lines, no standing around, no coaches talking too long – the environment we create will be the primary teacher and our coaching staff will be the motivators! We hope to help our Guppies learn to love competition, teamwork and problem solving on the field. Each of our team practices will begin with a dynamic movement segment and then go right into short-field scrimmages with two major emphases: stickwork and fitness. This skills-heavy model allows for maximum growth not just for the number of reps. but the quality of reps.

This methodology will breed freedom to explore skills, expand the edges of comfort zones and discover strengths and weaknesses for improved self-awareness. S2S Guppies is challenging, enlightening and fun!

Cost $1,200 per year

Fall: $300 (5 Sessions)

Winter: $600 (10 Sessions)

Spring: $300 (5 Sessions)
